AAYNA Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use the AAYNA website at shopaayna.com, create an AAYNA customer account or place an order with AAYNA. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.

About AAYNA
AAYNA is an online fashion accessories brand for women in Bangladesh, offering earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings. Our online shop is preparing to launch. Until it opens, this website provides information about AAYNA only, and no orders can be placed through it.
When the shop opens, customers will be able to browse the collection, create an account, place orders for delivery within Bangladesh and follow their orders.
Your account
- You can create an account with your email address and a password, or sign in with Google.
- Please give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- You can request deletion of your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing us.
- We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud or misuse of the website.
Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once our team confirms it. We may contact you by phone or email to confirm the details.
- All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you.
- If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do what we can before it is dispatched.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Prices may change, and the price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
- Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.
- Payment is by Cash on Delivery: you pay the courier when your order arrives.
Delivery
We deliver within Bangladesh through our courier partner. Please give a complete address and an active phone number, and be available to receive your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details or by no one being available at delivery.
Exchanges and returns
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact AAYNA at shopaayna.bd@gmail.com so we can review the issue and explain the available options. Exchange and return eligibility and procedures will be published before the online shop opens. This pre-launch information page does not offer a fixed exchange window.
Using the website
Please do not misuse the website, for example by trying to access other people's accounts or areas you are not authorised to use, interfering with how the website works, or placing orders you do not intend to accept. The AAYNA name, website design, text and photographs belong to AAYNA and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the shop develops. The version shown on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order. We will change the "Last updated" date above whenever we make changes.
